All have their own beautifully designed en-suite, blissfully comfortable beds, Egyptian cotton linen, high speed wireless internet access, and a Digital LCD flat screen TV.

The Braeburn Suite
The Braeburn Suite is spacious and luxurious with a king-sized Provencal Louis XV bed, the finest Egyptian cotton linen, high ceilings, stunning chandelier and sash windows with views overlooking the picturesque Meadow Park. It is well appointed with wireless internet access and a 32” flat LCD Digital TV. The en-suite bathroom is beautifully designed with underfloor heating, l-shaped bath, “rainmaker” shower, wall hung toilet and contemporary basin. Fair trade tea and coffee making facilities are provided.

The Scarlet Suite
The Scarlet Suite is a classic twin suite with a super king-sized bed or 2 single beds, the finest Egyptian cotton linen and views overlooking the picturesque Meadow Park. It is well appointed with wireless high speed internet access and flat screen LCD Digital TV. The en-suite is beautifully designed with a separate “rainmaker” shower, toilet and basin. The Jubilee Suite
The Jubilee Suite is a beautiful double suite which consists of a very comfortable king-sized double bed, the finest Egyptian cotton linen, sash windows with views overlooking the garden and apple trees at the rear of the house. It is well appointed with wireless high speed internet access and flat screen LCD Digital TV. The en-suite is beautifully designed with a quadrant “rainmaker” shower, contemporary basin and toilet. Fair trade tea and coffee making facilities are provided.

Terms & Conditions
In order to create the relaxing atmosphere our guests deserve, we do not accept pets nor children under 12.
Check in is between 2pm and 4pm. We ask that you keep us informed of your expected arrival time. We do not have a permanently managed reception.
Check out is by 10:30am.
We accept payment by cash, cheque and BACS.
In line with most of B&B's we operate a minimum two night stay at weekends and min 3 nights on bank holidays.
Deposit of 50% of booking is required. This is refundable until 7 days before the first booked date.
We are a NON SMOKING building by Law.
